Looks like the rear lug has been cut out, you can see what looks like a weld line horizontally, and just in front of the boss?
They also look closer together than the pick ups? But that might be an illusion?

yeh animal feed .... and yeh the mate tooling is in a knot ... new one going / gone in .... got the drop on the bearings ... but as said, like juggling spaghetti initially .... got a few more to do when the new bearings arrive .. those in the post were a re-sleeve job ... bearings were perfectly re-usable, apart from the one set.... quite remarkable the damage a relatively soft product does to such hard tooling
Looks like the rollers have been run too hard on the die. That’s what normally kills them, rather than what’s going through.

day rate ... he reckons to average 2m a day .... and has about 80m2 to do
... you can not fault the man's work ethic TBH

Fair play to him turning up on a Sunday at day rate. A guy I know having some done and he seems to get around 2m a day with lime. Hes paying day work couple of ton a day in readies.

... and seriously enjoys what he is extremely good at ...... "making hay,, etc. " .... plenty of wet months to do other things, he says.

should do 4m a day easy with everything on a plate ,£80m2 is pretty reasonable was getting 90 20 yrs ago hes doing a nice job

VA-r forks got parked in their new home ...
and the rest of it all got shifted about ...
will do to suit the purpose and all is accessible to use
a bit clearer ........ but had to shift a bit more today .....

Reo's drum got swapped this morning .... this is how his mate gave it back to him two weeks ago ....
this un I gave him's not new, but a damned sight tidier ... especially after an hour with the air chisel inside it ...
last bit to get tidied up yet ... has been reserved for this sort of mess-ing up
and'll get covered up and leveled over after this is all finished ...
grass all looking tidy after the earlier efforts of the week ...
Pam's had her first hit on the plums today
like grapes on the tree ..
and weighing it down to the floor
can't believe there're enough ripe to have made 15 pots of jam today ... and all ripening progressively .. a lot still green and a lot very ripe ... usually have half a dozen when I walk down for the post ..
