as said, have grown up with cats all my life - nowt against dags ..

they're 'my kids' and have lost count of how many I have had to make the ultimate act of kindness for ..

been watching/bidding on this .. usual story ... went nuts in the last couple of minutes.
got out bid at 1500 quid
and as for this add 5 min.s after each bid - what bollox that is ... ended up at this
plus 10% BP and another 20% VAT on top .... had I been after it for 'work', would still have been a good buy with the VAT reclaimed .. tidy looking truck, good ground clearance and great capacity
had a local guy with a beavertail all lined up for 360 quid, for collection
got out bid at 1500 quid
and as for this add 5 min.s after each bid - what bollox that is ... ended up at this

Yup. Would have been nice that spent many an hour on a H25 , call my cynical but don't like these online auctions...far to much scope for foul playbeen watching/bidding on this .. usual story ... went nuts in the last couple of minutes.

absolutely ... was on that from 210 quid two days ago and their extra 5 mins each time there's a bid is crap ... my 1500 was there at the supposed 10.00 closing ... I know activity is usually in the last 5 but all the others were post 10.00 close
would've been here tomorrow .. tranny guy was free today/tomorrow

can't ever recall ever even sitting in/on a Linde .... certainly a popular truck and looked very tidy for a '98 .... I'm Hyster through and through, but (a) can't find one and (b) looked worth a punt ... make serious money usually .. was profit in that, even at £3.1k plus all the crap ... bet some dealer is rubbing his mitts.

trouble is this auction puts another 310 quid on the hammer price, .. equates to a grand with the VAT, without even moving it ... I don't need £4.5k's worth of FLTProbably be relisted next week

Pam made it and the kids decorated it ... was nice too ... Harper growing quickly
Clara is very good with her little sister, fair play ... ganna have to make sure I disconnect the battery on this when I start using it about the place
Simon rang yesterday in a flap .. could he borrow my bearing pullers again .. sent me a pic of what he was trying to do and I spent half an hour sorting through my two sets assembling summat that'd do the job ..
rang him and said I'd got it sorted -- " Ok I'll be over some time tomorrow to pick it up "
" thought this was desperate - just had a bollocking for peeing about sorting this out, while Pam's trying to get a cake and tea sorted with both kids in the kitchen "
cap it all, hasn't turned up today either
and a quicky to fill in a couple of hours this afters, 'fore an evening's kiddy sitting in Aber .. old/unusable posts ... been meaning to 'do for' them for a week or two .. this seemed the easiest option this afters, before an early tea
contained 95% of what came off the chainsaw too, so an easy clear up ... bagged up and all away by five for an early tea .. Mr Haner has a serious bite and the check valve I fitted makes sure he doesn't let go once he's gotten a grip
hopefully get a tow bar for the Countax tug created tomorrow -- have it sussed today and most bits found

How old/capable are the grand-kids? That mower project looks perfect for them to have a bit of ‘freedom’ on once they are able to control it safely. That’s where I started (alongside motorbikes etc) and it helped nail down a love of anything motive.

sadly Dan they were bollo-ed or I would have used them .. sorted out of a pile I took down from alongside our driveway in 2011 ... only about 25% of what I had stacked - used quite a few on the fence line repair a few weeks ago.
what got lopped were either rotted at the top or centre or like balsa
the girls are 9 and 3 .. Clara's legs aren't long enough to reach the pedal on that tug which is a clutch/brake ... the Countax mower is hydro - had hoped this'd be the same, but is a manual transaxle ... steering is also very heavy on both - nature of the beast/design of the mechanism ... they will both get the chance, when they're capable though
it's got a very basic angle bracket on the back Stu ... I have a couple of 'screw on' balls, but the bracket'd put the ball centre too low for std. 16" ctrs and too high for the little trailer/skip chassis at 10" ctr., so'll need a multi positional bracket knocking out .. will get to it later once I've 'sobered up' a bit from last night's pain killers AND it doesn't lash it downUsed to have a ball that screwed on to tow with on them

try finding one though Stu .. 4s are like hen's teeth - only seen one five in months of looking .. watching a 4t C@t ATM - might go take a look at it

Except sometime 5t forks are massive and won't go in normal pallets etc which is a pita. Check fork heights first.
