forgot to mention that motor is also twin exhaust ported and twin venturi carb sharing a float chamber, DOHC ..... it is also one of the easiest things on the road to restrict to 26hp .. off the shelf BMW restricted inlet rubber with 26hp embossed into the moulding ... has one to go with it, but is currently running the full power (IIRC 50hp) inlet rubber ..... I rode it home from Waterlooville when Josh bought it ...... it is pretty quick and great fun in traffic ... and being Rotax is bombproof650 single Rotax 4 valve-er .... in a Beemer chassis ... goes very well .... belongs to Josh ..... Only engine that I ever had munch itself was a rotax in an Aprilia rsv 1000 ..must of been unlucky.

just ordered that Lumag post hole borer and browsing around their website found their walk behind sweepers ....
anyone used one or had any experience?
they do a 200mm wider one which is a bit fancier, but can't see as it's 600 quid fancier ....

I've not used a lumag one but used pedestrian brushes before. They are good tools but need to be used in damp conditions or they just make dust clouds.
A quick look on market place and you could get a bucket brush for less and run it off your duck or tractor.

Oh lordy you have just reminded of another one of my stories! I met up with a mate about 6 months ago and he told me he had met a nice Eastern Euorpean girl and they were getting married I looked at him and said it won't last you know, He looked back at me and said we will see! Anyhow roll the clock forwards to last week when I met up again and guess what he is getting a divorce, So I said how come you are divorcing so quickly, You told me Eastern Europeans made good wives, He said she was hopeless in the home it took her two days cleaning and hoovering the house, Well apparently she was a Slow-Vac !!!

I've a grillo one but the wheels drive as well (similar to A Camon 2 wheel tractor), that one looks to be the brush only? I've definitely recommend wheel drive as pushing it in neutral is no fun at all. Kersten hydraulic ones are the daddy but big money new. You would see them in auctions from time to time.

and it has a Lonkin horizontal crank shaft - the bigger one has a vertical crank on the motor - not a fan

That sounds the job then. I've a moss weed brush and use a sweeper bucket on skidsteer as well. Not a fan off vertical cranks either, I extracted a broken 20hp kohler today.5 fwd and 2 rev. @kato512 .... no way would I buy anything I have to push, 'cept a wheel barrow

as said elsewhere .... 3 hrs on the mowers this afters ... just warmed up ..... been spitting rain all day, but hasn't come to anything much at all .... so the green stuff had to have it - grown a good 2" and having gotten it down, it's staying down, no matter how brown it might look - a day's rain'll change that...and a bit of warm sun

then down the side of the drive for a spot of collecting
did all I dared - I know it doesn't look steep, but my bum was rubbing the wheel in places, hanging off the side, keeping the uphill wheel in contact with the deck .. believe me I'd rather the sweeper/collector, than rake the residue
four well filled barrows to the grass pile at the bottom of the bank, behind the dead hedge .... filling up quietly
Picking up Harper from her nursery Wed.s lunch time ... thought you lot'd appreciate the hedge trimming job, next door

Loveley driveway and view from the patio Mr Druid, Eerr indoors said to me she thinks you need a few of these 3 Horsepower mowers, Back in Summer last year One lovely sunny Saturday I said to her "I am just going to get the mower out and cut the lawn" Then she caught me out!!

Fedex truck outside, late morning .. Pam excited .. she has plans for this
had to mix up some new 'juice' .. it's 40:1 instead of everything else's 50:1 and gave it a pull ... started well after I remembered to check the idiot switch
stuck the 8" flight on and trekked down the garden for her first little 'can you just' ....
would usually take me a good while to dig a couple of holes for her to plant out some of her 'pot bounds' into
Brrm brrm and I had a hole .....
'nother brrm and we had a second .... with a plant stuffed in it
can't fault it as a weapon .....
that bank is usually a hard dig ....
it p*ssed it in seconds ....

would screw itself into the deck if you let it
I also have a bigger flight which I acquired off fleabay some time ago for pennies, which looks like it'll be a perfect fit .... be interesting to see how it handles it
no more hole digging for me -- 'least not with a spade -- for the boss's green things
only down side is the manual is in German ... might have a go at 'em and see if I can get an English version
............... and it's persisted down ever since lunchtime ... we did get a few un-forecast dry hours this morning though
