ffs - you got a pet rhinoceros?
got the frames put together today ........well this afternoon .... spent best part of the morning on a rat hunt
Stood in the kitchen at quarter to three last night, washing down some pain killers, when something came past me in the corner of my eye .. thought that was either a bloody big mouse or a small rat ...
anyway couldn't find the ba**ard so went back to bed ...
up again at half six for some more and could hear summat in the utility, but couldn't decide from where

so pulled the place to bits ...
eventually spotted the sod under some units ...
way too far out of reach ...
by the time i'd gotten the front off he'd vanished ..
emptied all the cupboards and could see a tail hiding in the cat's bedding

in the one cupboard .....
went for a grab with a pair of water pump pliers I had to hand and missed and he shot behind the boiler ...
now i've got you, I thought .....
'til I realised the cowboys who'd done the plumbing had left a hole under a waste pipe behind the washing machine, next to the boiler and he'd vanished in under the shower tray in the shower room next door .....
so made sure he has a limited exit route and put everything back together and refilled all the cupboards ...
that knackered the morning ...
considering taking up a position in the kitchen tonight with the air rifle and see if I can bag the lil' ****er, when the house goes quiet

...
he's gonna be in search of summat to scoff by midnight and is gonna have to show himself ...
I
will be waiting
anyway .. as said ..
this afternoon was a more gate time ......
first half of the doublers ... perfectly set up and stitched up .....
if you want a perfect pair .... build #2 on top of #1

and as I had #1 perfectly square, used it to jig the pedestrian ...
and the half panel infiller ....
all welded up and fettled a couple of hours later
and ready to go away for the night
posts next ... got 'em capped
shaped up and away just in time for the bell
... waste not want not .... those couple of the off cuts made a handy little .......
nicely proportioned for clamping up with

time for some infill patterns tomorrow

..... if it's dry

...... looking a bit patchy ATM
