I think it’s like anything you buy, sometimes it’s not always down to cost it’s the customer service to back it up. Everything brakes at somepoint and it is nice to get it fixed quickly.
I believe Engcon are only selling new units via dealers now. Neil at Nasco is one and is a top bloke, will help and answer any questions almost at anytime. Can’t fault it.
That’s why I chose Engcon in the end (waiting for install),steel wrist never come back to me at all even after I chased, Rototilt were very good and helpful, not as many techs on the road but I believe that is something they are working on.
Engcon UK HQ is just down the road from me, so I could rock up anytime with machine in tow and say “fix me” or grab spare parts. That was quite high up the list of why they swung it for me. Just hope I made the right choice.
