The wife bought me this in Hunstanton yesterday, early birthday present (8th June if you’re interested). Painted by a chap called Roy Didwell, who used to be an operator and is one of the few people I take my hat off to on a Drott or a dozer. Inspiring me to pick up the brushes.

that is a very nice rendition, fair play .. we had an artist locally, who was very good at technical stuff ... did a lot of 'interpretation work' for BWW ... Pam paid him to do one of my old workshop for Crimbo one year .. can see every brick in the original - not the best copy pic and a bit dark

They'll be rotted bad. Cheese panels on most
I’d forgotten how bad the old froggies were for rust. I don’t get filling a yard up with cars like that and just letting them rust out. The chap I did the work for is a neighbour and the boundaries seem a little, erm, fluid. He’ll find out where they are when he starts building.

Agreed...hardly like they'll fetch much for scrap either 🤣
