Another thing to consider about covid 19 is its the third coronavirus outbreak there's been. Each time there's been major panic about it spreading and clearly this had been the most widespread. But as yet it hasn't jumped species and this is the even bigger concern with it and the longer its about the greater the chance of it happening. Never mind how bad lockdown has been imagine if everyone's pets were spreading it!
it has...... a tiger caught it from its keeper ... widely reported ........ and yes it doesn't bear thinking about

as I said Shaun ... death rates are only dropping because victims are fewer and farther between because everyone's been locked down ...
We are certainly seeing a rise in the “normal number of deaths” we have this time of year. Now the thing is most of those deaths are occurring in the elderly who may have also died this year. There are also some young, fit people dying, which is as tragic as the old. But the death rate in the young is nothing like the numbers per thousand that it would have needed to be under Ferguson modelling. The approach of keeping everyone locked up when you need to keep the over 65’s or over 70’s locked up, along with the underlying problems, is looking like it will cause more deaths later on when this is over. The detection of cancer has been halted, this will lead to a major spike later this year along with many other conditions which will not be being detected and treated.
Now, I am also a believer in we don’t know what we don’t know. So it is also possible that the government know more than they are letting on!!
It looks to me that we panicked into the furlough scheme, it was needed to make sure most people stay at home. We have created a new welfare class expecting 80% of wages to do nothing. The chancellor is now making noises about how it will only be extended into July as they didn’t expect the mass shut down of the economy that has been caused by the fear they generated. The social distancing rules will be unenforceable in schools. How will London get to work on the tube?? Trains and aeroplanes pretty much unworkable. Vaccine, probably at least a year away!
The reality is without a recognised treatment they are running out of options before they just say let’s get on with it and see what happens!!
Now this is a virus, it changes every time it mutates as it lacks the ability to reproduce itself exactly. It is a very nasty virus if you have certain underlying issues. If you have those issues, you need to think how you go about your daily life. Life will not be the same for all of us, but for some it will need to be completely different.

spot on Shaun .. I desperately want an antibody test, as I was dog rough in January .. hefalump sat on my chest for 3 or 4 days ... fever, sweats, shivers, constant dry cough ... the works - wiped out for over two weeks and left me wrecked, as a few others have said on here ....
I would really like to know as getting a tad PO-ed with the current situation, which given me 12 week letter, is set to continue 'til mid June .... and probably beyond :(

Fella across the road from my yard is a GP at a private practice- reckons they can get an antibody test from Germany for £300.

Nope, sole trader 👍 LTD is for people with seperate assets to hide, we I mean protect when they go bust.

I've no intention to go limited until I've property in my name to be concerned about. Even then I may not bother.
Not just that but if your income is irregular ie feast and famine you smooth it out with the tax

What is even more crazier, is that there are more captive tigers in America than there are left in the rest of the world.....watched it nearly all in one sitting🙈....you’d struggle to make most of it up😱🤣🤣

If he’s the best😱🤣🤣.....just mad how they had a film crew, filming the film crew, and then when they listen in on him talking to his lawyer about film rights and that he didn’t own any it!!, and the next nite everything gets burnt down😱 Ffs🙈. Think he’s still in prison now.

But then it's even weirder because what about this film crew. Who's doing all this undercover recording too? Almost makes you think it's a fake documentary.

I personally think it's the other way round 😆, bojo is at least thinking about the future of the UK where as Nicola krankie is sitting back saying everyone MUST stay at home unless essential worker. What happens when the country goes broke, does she blame bojo for that too? Everyone needs to be sensible and proceed with due care, make the necessary changes to the way we work to encourage social distancing and practice the good hygiene with regular hand washing and surface cleaning and carry on with the new normal.

Krankie is wonderfully placed.... she has enough independence to run her economy into the ground whilst looking like she is better than anyone else through this crisis at being proactive with restrictions and keeping people safe in one of the most sparsely populated areas of the UK.

When it's over, and the scotts don't have enough funds to buy buckky she will blame it on the UK economy and being tied to westminster.

We should let em craic on and f**k off :)
