Dodgy advice. Oil dilution is caused by HC dosing where extra fuel is injected to heat the exhaust and clean the filter. I’d question if the mapping is stopping the extra fuelling when needed for an regen and if you could end up with a blocked DPF. The oil dilution is more of a problem if you don’t drive far enough to get the oil hot.Best thing you can do with the dmax is have it mapped out to stop the oil dilution. If your doesn't do it, it will.
I also had it mapped for extra umph and it's night and day. Definitely worth doing. I did use the bloke who's raved about on the Facebook forums, he is definitely recommended and a very knowledge lad, I will be using him again. He does alot more than just remaps, he's proper mechanic.
