had a quick play in a small off cut that wasn't square cut by saw

I've used one years ago been waiting for the price to be right
If you want a cut and chamfer to be as good as factory then this is a good way
Amount of times I've cut by old wood saw and filed only to struggle and have to do more with file to get it in
Also you can do small joiner pieces of pipe that's a night mare to file as it's hard to hold on to normally only 120mm long

Fall20 but think it's ended as someone else here said they couldn't do it now

The spot I'm subbing to have knocked one out after I took a small pallet sized mesh stillage and split it into 6 with some ply.

If I was making another one I'd split it into 10 rather than 5 reducers and 90's still dont have a home and it would be nice to have somewhere for short pipe ends and lube and caps to live

How long does a cut take? I assume you twist and tighten the handle as u go? Abit like a adjustable copper pipe cutter ?

Yeah exactly the same twist a little at a time
Doesn't take long 1min 2 mins maximum I'd say

Possibly less than a minute just getting used to the pressure is the awkward bit

Yeah little and often works best as cutting tip is sharp tool steel

So after a few weeks work with it I'm happy with the purchase.
Couple of slight niggles that could be improved on but overall good tool

My thinking was just move it with machine to each bit you’re working at , I’ve looked at getting some stillages and leading together etc. Also he tidier way of storing and finding everything on site rather than white plastic bags of fittings etc

Did this happen ?
