I took one where it was to go across a field, but it was too wet to go in with the truck, lifted it as far as it would go through the gate, then they used a tractor with short chains from the linkage to the bottom corner blocks, lifted the linkage to get it of the ground a little and some weight on the tractor, and off it went no problems, and surprisingly very little damage to the ground.

could always go old skool with a few lengths of tube or telegraph poles and roll 'em about .... surprising how efficient it can be and can steer 'em in all sorts of directions very easily, especially if they're empty boxes ... 's a doddle if you have something capable of lifting an end

normally not a problem ,20 footers on the tri axle 16ft trailer no probs ,but a 30 footer is just a shade more tricky,plus once down so far i cant swap ends with handler.moved plenty on scaffold tubes ,but there are 2 green houses ,poly tunnel and other stuff not to knock down ,so would like to be in control

nice link Boyo .. or make some ... 15mm thick discs and some 8" wide rims/tyres either rolled or a suitable lump of large dia tube ... no need to worry about punctures or being a bit flat at the bottom .... could always glue some conveyor belt/rubber mat around the rims if you wanted a 'softer' bearing

cheapest one of them I've seen .... jacksons are usually punting them about, but as said .... need a LOT of room

If you had two sets and put a steering axle on both ends then I think it could be quite manoeuvrable.
For the money they are asking there’s a LOT of components in that.

There are commercially available dollies casters that go on each corner twist lock socket, maybe check with hire places? Thinking about it did @V8Druid have some, or pictures of?
A local place that make self contained shot blasters in shipping containers, that I deliver for them, have have dollies they use to move them around in the workshop. A L shape bracket under the twist lock block with a stub alxe underneath and a spigot to go into the twist lock hole, then pick the other end up with the forks. I`m moving one for them next week when they go back. I`ll try and get a photo if you want.
