It’s a fix - look at the curly hose (definitely not a fuel hose from the pump IMO).

was a timber lorry plowed into a mates house here yesterday afternoon, closed the A465 for hours... going too fast on a bend and shed his load of big rounds ... smashed the truck in some order and took out the upper wall of the house.
