Well that went well
Better than the expensive red impact.... Got the drill too and a multitool, grinder next... outstanding IMHOHow are you finding the Lidl impact?
yes on sale till there gone.... Impact was £50 with a battery..... Would of got two but there was only one left. The little one or the big one? I've got the big DeWalt and it's a hell of a tool and the same as the red one. It sounds like it's not a bad set of tools to have but aren't they a on sale untill there gone affair?
Capiltalist bastard. Don't know how you sleep at night. They'll be copying M&S cardigans next.Better than the expensive red impact.... Got the drill too and a multitool, grinder next... outstanding IMHO
Don’t think it would stand up to the everyday use, my 1/2 Milwaukee will take the wheel nuts off our low loader without cracking them. And that’s after some savage tyre fitter has over torqued them with his inch air gunBetter than the expensive red impact.... Got the drill too and a multitool, grinder next... outstanding IMHO

I was happy with mine multi tool, drill, impact driver and wrench batteries and charger for less than one of the bigger brands drill kit. Batteries seem to hold charge well no issues so far with any of it.Better than the expensive red impact.... Got the drill too and a multitool, grinder next... outstanding IMHO
A forestry mate keeps all his cordless tools in his van Parkside. That way if they all get nicked it will only cost him £20 to replace them all.The biggest thing I have found with Lidl tools is the vibration.
The build quality is surprisingly good but things like their oscillating multi tool I think would be more profitable being sold by Ann summers.
I often buy Lidl tools if I don't know how much I will use it, with the view that if it gets well used and breaks I will replace it with a better brand, problem is some of the really well used stuff won't die and I can't bring myself to replace a tool in working order for the sake of the new one just being more ergonomic to use

So is it worth putting decent tools in a parkside box then? All well and good if they have the tools you need in stock when they nick them
Although I have heard of some readies having breaking and they leave the parkside stuff or see parkside stuff and don't bother to look any further as it's not worth the time
