It's OK saying that but a cordless demolition hammer isn't a patch on a corded one. Ever tried diamond core drilling with a cordless? Cordless is good but it ain't the be all and end all yet. It's OK saying have plenty batteries but are you home for long enough at night to charge them?

Too right about individual sites...some you need a ticket to prove you can wipe your bum....even then it's only with banksman present. Rory can probably advise best provider.

have you considered the Makita gun that mounts onto a cordless drill ... @doobin certainly seems to rate his and have considered one myself, but my Alemites are easy enough to get the job doneJCB Grease for me. Makita launched a new 18v grease gun at a trade show about a year ago. I think they might have some in the states now. I’ve communicated with them a few times but no news on release in UK they blamed covid. All my kit is Makita so having the batteries etc already is the incentive of waiting.
I have looked at the Milwaukee a few times but it’s the cost of investing in a new brand. Charger, batteties etc.
The air compressor grease gun I have is good for when at the yard but 20m hose doesn’t quite reach to work offsite

But admittedly had been putting it off as had hoped the new one would have been released and wanted to see the price point and first reviews. bought one a couple year ago works well and any drill or impact driver can be used. about sixty eight quid i paid.
Would the impact driver rattle it to bits?
it was fine the impact driver is just like a normal drill until a fair amount of resistance builds up i found, and they are more compact than a drill. i guess it could rattle on blocked nipples but i never had that. i tried drill and impact driver it worked well on both the drill was faster though higher rpm.
Expensive cartridges and need both hands, so what happens when you have a tricky nipple?(not a euphemism) Battery guns are so quick, one hand on gun and one on the connector. No time wasted.
