So what was the story behind the KX 016 track? Looks like it parted rather abruptly.
40mm depth in black with them being local and ok access was £35/m2 plus vatLooks great - what sort of money per m2 out of interest? (tell me to mind my own business by all means!).
what is it Giles? rubber crumb? how do they get a flexible bond to keep it feeling soft with resin or does the resin stay pliable??40mm depth in black with them being local and ok access was £35/m2 plus vat
Old boy said it just snapped, was on tarmac but fresh load of mot so he’ll have got some in tracks and forced it rather than releasing tension etc. Nightmare mot in rubber tracks on minis and 3 tonners. So what was the story behind the KX 016 track? Looks like it parted rather abruptly.
Bigger crumb underneath with less resin so say 30mm then 10mm of a finer crumb with more resinwhat is it Giles? rubber crumb? how do they get a flexible bond to keep it feeling soft with resin or does the resin stay pliable??

its Not soft more like there is some give if you fall on it doesn’t deflect when you stand on it etc
I ask as I used to have a customer who made very similar, but in 900 x 900 x 30mm tiles with crumb, for playgrounds ... don't think i have any left to take a pic of ... they were great for underfoot on concrete or kneeling/lying on ... we made him lots of moulds for the stds and special shapes for one offs ..Bigger crumb underneath with less resin so say 30mm then 10mm of a finer crumb with more resin

these were a playground surface tile Giles .... looked like tarmac when laid, but soft to fall on .... edges were perfect and could not see the joints when put downShock pad I’ve just picked up 42 of them for under the artificial grass but dense foam not crumb in this case, will take some pics later
Arrived might have to make part the full ramp removable though!

Will it not go on the trailer the other way round?Arrived might have to make part the full ramp removable though!
Or blade other wayWill it not go on the trailer the other way round?
Or blade other way
Possibly but it may only need say an extra 10inch to make it so the back door shuts so your not putting machine all the way back. Or you could sit the bucket on the blade to give the extra height so the back door closes. Either way I'd try it before I looked at altering the rear ramp.Bit much Weight on the draw bar wouldn't it
Only supposed to have 3.5t on the hitch I think
Actually yeah, won’t the blade sit at the rear of the trailer and boom up front?Possibly but it may only need say an extra 10inch to make it so the back door shuts so your not putting machine all the way back. Need to try it when I’ve more time, give it a play next week And fit hydraulic brakesActually yeah, won’t the blade sit at the rear of the trailer and boom up front?
