Get it bought, you would probably get more than your money back splitting the attachments off and selling separately if you decided it’s ultimately not for you.
Well I reckon the base machine probably around £19-20k on its own, auger grab and other bits around £6k if buying new which leaves the engcon at around £4k. So I think it's probably priced about right as a package.

That does seem very cheap? Puts the cat amongst the pigeons- thoughts everyone seeing as you all seem to be happy to spend my money for me🤣
Just hadn't been posted, it's been on there a while and come down in price on the machine although he didn't drop the tilty price as he wanted 5k just for the tilty. Just seen your other post about a dumber tilty would be better than the full fat to share between machines and remembered that one up for sale on ebay

Yeah but it’s a sany!
Looks to have had a harder life also. Pay the extra 7k, get a bobcat, auger, bits, ripper tooth and grader and less hours.

do it as well as you can,but learn to do it better
You'd get that new from the dealer for that money, he's dreaming. Obviously work is drying up and he wants out of the finance.
time to kick him to death then ;) ... where do you put that at, £?

it's coming down too " I am selling this for £30000+VAT = £36000 Full VAT receipt provided as well "

that's 2.5K cheaper than the start of the week's " I am selling this for £32500+VAT = £39000 Full VAT receipt provided as well "

I was talking about the cat302.

The bobcat is a fair price. It won’t go much lower than

Well my wacker ET20 was £25k brand new back in April, between 18-20k would be max for that cat given it's 2 years old and done a bit of work

The grader would be sold if I bought it have no use for that whatsoever

The grade is on 30mm S30 hitch
I would also sell the grab. Id put my own selector grab under the engcon instead. Same model so hitch will

I have some real reservations about an engcon in my line of work. Not to say there isn't going to be some jobs where it's just the job. But when it comes to hoofing boulder around on the moor and being able to track out miles with just a bucket and thumb and no that I can lift shift and sort anything out with that is pretty hard to beat. An engcon and grab will be additional weight, limited capacity but the fact I'd have to track out with a grab and bucket to be able to cover the same work and alot of swapping between grab and bucket is not beneficial. However currently I have 2 3 tonners and one of them is getting on a bit now so line of thought is if I had the bobcat I'd keep one of the Taks with a Thumb on and sell the other, the bobcat would definitely add more strings to my bow in terms of versatililty then just having 2 fairly basic 3 ton taks.
