I’d say 9/10 pallet delivery wagons I have all the pallets inside are unsecured with pallet truck floating around the back… probably 7/10 merchant deliveries are all the same no straps on anything.. they’d be such a easy pick off but it never seems to be the case?

I load multi drop and unload full load wagons all day long.

I'd argue actually most are pretty thorough round here now. They are easy pickings for DVSA.
Absolutely pathetic some of the tickets infringements I've heard.

Trouble is all network pallets have the weight on the front now so it's a quick glance down the trailer for plod to figure out what should be fully ratchet or quick strapped.

As Rory says whole things a mess . Some of the stuff still goes on... Flip flops double manned still well in Europe Wednesday pm. Waiting at my gate 7am Thur morning.

TBH it’s not often a judge shows common sense these days. 800 grand for a paperwork cock up? Not surprised they appealed.
