That's a fair machine, I'd prefer a Steelwrist on it though ;) I put 4 15's into Flannery last year and as far as I heard they were getting on really well with them, although they had bought them specifically for lifting on HS2.


There was a really nice 714 for sale recently from the Netherlands, 710mm Nokian tyres etc, I think it sold for about £34k which would have been a bargain as it was one of the last built and had a lovely spec, albeit no tilty.

'bout the same time as that one above came up there was also one with excavator set up too - IIRC was circa £35k - again didn't sit long -- been trying to find some pix of it, but no success yet and CEF's inaccessible these days :cry::cry:

No, I believe they were all still hydrostatic, and unfortunately they are either 25kph for the older ones and 32kph for the newer ones. They have 'just' launched a new one the 12MRX which has a 40kph box but no idea what its like in the real world.

Had a play on the Chinese Duck today.
Weird experience. 5 speed gear box with clutch brake and throttle. Manual drive to wheel, probably got a fair turn of speed if you were brave enough to road it .
Joystick buttons are on/off not proportional so you have to be quick with the thumbs .

Looks like a very low seat! That's not a rotating grab is it?

Used to have a poclain 60 that had 4 speed manual box and clutch💪

engine gearbox then a 90 degree box to send the drive through the centre of the slew down the the under carriage

was a bugger if you got it stuck trying to operate the upper structure while feathering the clutch🤪

I told him about it . Floats in a waste handling yard may be sub optimal.
IMHO needs a TAB boom with gripper /engcon and shears / grab and about 13t with high lift cab to be perfect machine for sorting waste

Yes .. duals on hard ground have redundancy I guess … where as floats are a liability? (Im an environment where there are permanently LOTS of sharp things)

I’d love it for the farm but you won’t swap for my screener 😂😂😂

And I need to clad my workshop…..

I'm sure eventually we could get enough together to play swapsies. Your Wacker plate, Milwaukee stapler etc!
Soil screeners on Dartmoor- not sure about that!
