Nice weeks ducting in the countryside,can’t beat jobs like this,two diggers,two dumpers ,nice weather ,about as good as it gets really.
Dug our first pool for this year,bit messy this one as ground was full of sarsen stones.
Good couple of weeks

Tried that but they are not the same all over. Surprising how much the rail moves when cutting too.
Still not that bad free hand you still get pretty straight cuts as the blade and guide are about 60mm wide

Trouble is with kingspan type stuff is it's so darn slippery...bit of sawdust etc into the mix and a right pita.
Dust extraction good though.

Did they use the stones somewhere ? Decent lumps...sarson stones what's that's then ?

There‘s a lot of them around here,big standing stone site at Avebury which is very close.
They want to make some sort of feature of the two big ones,would make a nice water feature.

1st job of the day was a s**t 1.
Both manhole backfalling did tell her last time we were there!

Was going to pour this after shuttering around 2.30 this afternoon but it would have gone quicker than I could mix i rekon. So early start tomorrow
