I’m surprised you have that 8 tonner on rubbers for your work.

Mind you, having had a quote to change mine over, maybe not so surprising!!
It's a hired machine. Tb290 has terribly weak tracking. £2800 I was quoted to get my own 8 tonner on 600 steels- what were you quoted?

A fk site more than that!! I think around 8k from astrak who are normally cheap.

Wait, just checked. That was a quote with both width options 🤦‍♂️ £2300 per side (600mm) which includes a different srive sprocket.

Who quoted you? Mine is still nearly double the price.

Breaking piles down a big hole 🙃 there's two pc400 komatsus and 2 Piling rigs down there too.... pc850 long reach in background for scale. It's a hard climb up and down the scaffold stairs 🤣

Decided to be an alloy wheel thief today. 🤪

Drilled center then opened it up with 4 more and it popped off.

Yes, there's proper tools to remove them but I don't possess them.

Yes, a garage/tyre place could of done it but all tyres are rotten aswell as the valve stems.

No, just not enough room to get a socket on over the outer, it was only protruding a couple of mm and the small inner ring was just too thin to take it.

I did try it on the rear one yesterday but drilling was the fastest and less chance of damage
