https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/37530514...TTWED9&hash=item5761ee0e71:g:qxsAAOSwscRl7yKO @JD450AThere’s a cheaper DPU100-70 on Ebay from Welsh Wales (Colwyn Bay) for 2400 inc vat.
Wacker Neuson 2540 / 2560. Hired one the other day. Built in wheels so you can move it about. Diesel Forward/Reverse and although pull start - does start nice. About £4000+vat new. Few around for sale about £1500+vat I have seen. Million miles away from the petrol 270kg lumag I tried. So what recommendations are there for a good plate. Desirable specs for me being forward and reverse, around 200kg so I can lift with little machine, and most importantly good vibes. I have a lumag plate which is ok at whacking but almost unusable beyond 15mins use due to vibes

Bits all turned up. Original dealer stumped up the £230 required so happy with that. Much better than a bit of webbing holding the handle up. Now complete and working. Fair smokey old unit.It just a bolt isn’t it with a rubber bush on the end?
Re the connecting arms You’ll need to swap the bolts for shorter ones that’s what I had to do when I took mine off
Don’t be tempted to test it on any concrete or tarmac etc get it on loose stuff before you try it
Mines a slow starter even with fresh battery don’t think they have a glow plug

Mines Smokey as wellBits all turned up. Original dealer stumped up the £230 required so happy with that. Much better than a bit of webbing holding the handle up. Now complete and working. Fair smokey old unit.
Mine seems to have a small oil leak from gasket when hot, adds to the smoke. Such a tool though !Mines Smokey as well
You want to see the price for the antibration bolts on the side panels! WN might make good kit but spares prices are WOW. Wonder what the digger spares are like in comparison to Kubota. Friend of mine just got done £800 for a joystick/spool block or whatever you call it on a KX613**** me -...... two hundred and thirty quid for that
Dick Turpin's alive and well and working for 'em is he
that really is taking the p*ss
Whats worse with the big Lumags??, price point is appealing but does this come at a cost in performance, looked at getting a 160kg one but haven't done anything about it yet as debating going heavier.Wacker Neuson 2540 / 2560. I went to look at a used petrol one. 300kg? I pulled the starter handle off twice and the sales guy broke it as well. Absolute monster to start compared to the WN2540 deisel.Whats worse with the big Lumags??, price point is appealing but does this come at a cost in performance, looked at getting a 160kg one but haven't done anything about it yet as debating going heavier.

There's a bomag remote in eBay at the moment no idea if any use to you thoughI have another one which doesn’t have handle it’s this one, but came with a rammax remote from auction so it’s currently a paper weight haven’t the time to mess with it.
It there infront of the Kubota mower with another project the sweeper that needs a new impeller but not sure I want to spend £400 on it
The correct remote are currently going for £1200 but want to test one first before throwing more money at it, so might buy a trench roller as they have same remote
Some right shameful half projects in this pic lol, one day going throw it all in auction just buy 1 new thing instead lol![]()
Do you have a link?!There's a bomag remote in eBay at the moment no idea if any use to you though
