Haha she’s even more thrilled being 16 weeks pregnant lol akways in a good mood lol, another littje one due April so pressures on lol.

She’s only told be 50 times this week when I’ve whinged about mess that I was meant to start it in March lol

Yeah hence needing the 100m2 extension and 45m2 garden room lol just need to sneak a pool table in to the garden room then build extension and will be no way to get it out

I have an ‘A’ hole neighbour like that. He very proudly told me that he is retired so had all the time in the world to write to the council. My reply was that I work full time in a well paid job so had all the money in the world to pay lawyers to sue him.

This was about ten years ago but he has dementia now so can’t remember he hates me and we get on ok
