Think we blew a ring with an overdose in a 320D bobcat we had.Ether is fine if used in small doses as intended. The original use of it was generally in specific shot amounts calibrated for the engine size.
Unfortunately in can form it gets used liberally without hesitation and causes knocking..... In small engines (and even large ones) the over compression leads to the con rods being hammered shorter.
Lemon sented dashboard cleaner in a Strimmer once, did the jobOnce had to use windscreen de-icer to get an old yard machine running![]()
Just as long as the hydrostatic motors aren’t stuck slightly in drive one way or the other!Yup those four cylinder Kubota engines just will not start without heat if the ambient temperature is less than 30 degrees! Both my forklift and multione are the same. The forklift is a nightmare as for some reason if you forget the first time, the flow plug relay needs the ignition off for a minute to reset so you can’t just go again straight away!
