Supposably less likely to be stopped at the road side, or depot checks. Although if something is spotted hanging off, or looks wrong, it wont stop you getting pulled.interesting ... anyone heard of this DVSA scheme?

Every operator has an OCRS rating, simplified to Red/Amber/Green when the DVSA enter your reg, or off their ANPR camera, and ER gives another level to this.
