Could be a fine line. A tractor can deliver materials providing it was involved in the harvest. So if the tractor baled them I think it would be okay but they are dealers. And they are haylage not silage so 6-700kg. 5t tractor 1.5t forklift 4t trailer leaves 20t capacity on the trailer.
So could be legit.
Just looks dodgy as sin though.

Just realised they are 4 strings not 6 so 3-400kg a bale and the tractor has 20 on and the land rover has the same.
And I got the tractors trailer capacity wrong. More like 15t capacity. 21t trailer weight less trailer and forklift

Local farmer comes past us to a stock field , spanking new top of the range jcb Agri telehandler, trailer loaded up with all assortment of bales on , never a single strap over anything! Absolute no fecks given!
Last year I watched them loading out adjacent paddock after they baled it , never bothered to re attach brake lines/lights to trailer after they loaded it up in between loads, yet alone strap any bales on! Just idiots!
