Not the same amount from pics I saw last few days. But had enough thanksI’m up your way today, and yes it’s a cracker of a day! Doesn’t look like you’ve had the rain we’ve had down south either?

I sneaked a cut in last week. Nearly lost mower on a slope though 🫣 but she's happy...for nowbeen a grim day here. Absolutely lashing it down all evening and blowing like hell ..... rain is coming down at 30 deg.s to the floorin huge dollops .... tomorrow forecast the same-ish ...... good news is, it's supposed to be the last for a week
desperately want the grass to dry enough to cut one more time ... getting on for 6" ATM and'll be a jungle by next March if I don't .... can then mothball the mowers for the winter![]()
speedy recovery Boyo ....... 'sposed to be nice, dry and warm-ish here today .... it ain'tI've just had an op so am out of action. It's therefore going to be dry and mild for the foreseeable whilst I sit on my arse![]()

got / been having drizzle on/off most of the day and blowing like **** .... said to Pam, lunchtime, I'm glad to have the 'anchor' attached to the polytunnel this last couple of weeks ... has been wild here more on, than off, with biblical rain on several occasionsCheersNothing major, just a little carpal tunnel release St1. St2 will be the left hand.
I really did want to be having it in Dec, Jan or Feb when it's more or less guaranteed to be unworkable outside, but the NHS were too efficient and got me in quicker than i'd reckoned, can't complain really.
12.5 outside and blowing the usual gale, butnorain and none forecast for a few days here.
I was supposed to have both sides done about 20 years ago - asked if they’d do them both at the same time as was self employed and couldn’t afford to have double the time out of action. They wouldn’t do it as apparently I wouldn’t even be able to wipe my arse after the procedure if both done together!CheersNothing major, just a little carpal tunnel release St1. You were lucky, something must have changed in your life for it to go away like that.I was supposed to have both sides done about 20 years ago - asked if they’d do them both at the same time as was self employed and couldn’t afford to have double the time out of action. Never bothered getting either done, if eased off after a few painful years and is totally fine now.
Mine was brought about by climbing - constant gripping and rawming myself up relatively thin ropes. It came on quite soon after getting started in tree surgery - I reckon as time went on my technique improved (and I got fitter). You were lucky, something must have changed in your life for it to go away like that.
I've had it a few years and it keeps on getting worse.
Yes that will have done it. Mine was likely using vibrating tools for much of my working life and other work (hammer and chisel etc), a bit of arthritis, plenty of keyboard work in between, then topped off with heading off into type 2 diabetic territory. They didn't stand a chance really!Mine was brought about by climbing - constant gripping and rawming myself up relatively thin ropes. It took a long time to improve, and definitely coincided with me employing lads and doing less and less of the climbing.
