I’d just get a piece of sheet steel, drill a hole in it with a step drill and then cut the outside circle using hacksaw and grinder etc.

Ps, screw fix, tool station and eBay all sell step drills for a few quid and they are very useful to have to hand.

Little update I have finally have the operators station back now time for more spraying and cleaning

Operator's Station sprayed panels have had there mounting tabs welded on and attached tops trimmed actually looking like it should finally

Slew bearing? This has like a bike clutch handle on the bars u pull that releases a pin and u can swivel it by hand

Getting there it starting got the fuel issue sorted just need to tidy the loom up get the top on and get a new bucket made for it
