No i mean it may have a more basic hyd pump, valve block etc than even the 90s machines did.
It hasn’t , it has exactly the same hyd pump , engine , valve block etc as current Zaxis 80

Resale could be a problem potentially too. Then again maybe not if it's sold on to a farmer or somewhere who either doesn't know or care if it's CE marked or not🤣
Regarding insurance. I'm not sure what kind of scenario they would refuse a payout. I suppose if it self combusted or rolled over and cab didn't provide adequate protection to an employee or something. If it's nicked surely it doesn't matter about the CE mark- although I'm sure they'd find a way to disagree with that.
Your only trying to keep me on the hook for yours 🤣🤣🤣

Well I’ve bought a hitachi but not the Tata hitachi as tempting as it was .
I went for a 2008 ZX70 with just under 5K hours .
It’s been a bit farmered so it needs a few jobs doing and a lick of paint and I’m swithering about putting a tilty on it .
First job is get it home and pin and bush the boom and dipper . Pics up once I get it home .

No it’s the one I told you about. The guy from Ireland didn’t show so he called me back . I flew to Gatwick Saturday and had a look Sunday am then flew home . I done the deal on monday. Needs a bit of TLC but the guy was very reasonable so I’ve got scope to do it .

Superb👍 clearly meant to be if the other guy didn't show up. I thought that looked a pretty straight machine myself and not silly hours either. Look forwards to be the pics.

Ive decided I’d like to fit a tilt rotator to it . I can’t justify a new one so I will hold out and see if I can find a used one . Doesn’t seem to be any about just now so I will likely fit a hydraulic pick up hitch in the mean time . If anyone sees or is thinking of selling a suitable sized tiltrotator please let me know !
