I drove passed those works in Machynlleth just before Christmas & though it was a bit over kill for replacing the dovey bridge

Guy I know has sold his liebherr 4 wheeler and just runs a small cabstar style thing with hiab on...doing specialist lifts like glass etc...making very ..good coin 👌👌
3.5 or 7.5t? I looked at them for a while but payload is abysmal so seemed to be more sensible to make one on a trailer. Glass lifting needs lots of extra toys and big balls :)

Just shown the SHMBO the pics as she know I like the D1’s. Response was that is not a D1. It is only a half!!
bit newer than mine but same 2 door body ... done a nice job of truck cabbing it ... and NO ... Won't be doing a conversion .... giving it some TLC's high n the list for the coming (hopefully) better weather ...would be nice to have it mobile/usable again :)
