Must be same as on my AtlasCopco
Set throttle to idle or just above, pull cord gently until you feel it come round on compression, return cord and then pull like fukc! Fully committed, don’t let go and give it all you got! They start easy really, but you need to know the knack and need to be the boss of it.
Other option is get someone else to start it. Better option I’d get someone else to use it….

I’m not far away but am away for the next week or so - if you do a deal and can wait I’d happily pick it up/stick it on a pallet etc (but I’m not in a position to visit and check it physically exists/hand over dosh etc at the moment unfortunately).

Kinda why I still like eBay for buying stuff, as a buyer eBay backs you 100% of the way. No so great if your the seller if you get a crook of a buyer!

Not quite, seller protection system,if you use PayPal or now the eBay payment system and follow the rules they back you . Had it where buyer tried it on ... correct tracking no supplied and eBay told them where to go .

'bout time ..... not sure if it's the same now, but a buyer could used to get PP to charge back up to about 6 weeks from purchase with a good enough 'scuse/sob story

Lad won't zero rate the vat for me till I provide proof of export - requires payment in full to hold it - so in this scenario cant see it before payment obviously ....
so will keep looking.

if he won't hold it, let it sit and if it's still there when someone can eyeball it .. get it eyeballed and paid for, post eyeball, with proof of your addy it's going to in France for export ..

don’t know how it would work but if I buy it with the VAT through my company then sell it to you for export I could sell with out the VAT to you
