I think the valves underneath are using the flow for the jacks to divert to blade or something along them lines . I remember seeing the electric cables going to them

05/05 is stab's up/down so will be H&J circuits, feeding a set of solenoid valves down stairs to control the circuits required ... virtually same as the 'Drema's

nope ...... the flow direction is determined by H & J prop. circuits from the RH stick when the changeover switch is activated to feed the legs/blade circuits ....
the solenoid merely determine which circuit is active
the circuit dia. shows dual directional flow at the solenoids
my money's on 15, 16 & 17 being down stairs in the chassis
Yes flow and direction are controlled via H and J but the V solenoids are not directional control... they are basically shut of valves. H and J control direction... V solenoids block flow to whichever function you want to lock out

but can't see HTF they can possibly be 'upstairs' when all the circuits they're controlling are down stairs :unsure::unsure::unsure:
and yes H&J are fed by 05

and WTF are there soooooooo many 03s shown in that schematic ... only two 03 galleries - operating the service brakes ??????

Turning joint from below . There is a pair of solenoids tucked in there as well but to difficult to see what they are actually doing

Komatsu tech guy says it's the 39 one. It's on its way to me. However, I've been looking further at the hydraulic drawings of which there are 3.
The one I posted yesterday is on page 3 and clearly shows V15 (or so I thought)
I was trying to understand the turning joint pipework and was looking at drawing 1 and seen another V15 valve. It says 2 stage back pressure.
the Komatsu guy says this is the one we are replacing and it doesn't seem to have anything to do with the jacks .
what do you think?

need to find where A1 valve block is with V15, V16 & V17 solenoids in it ... still 99% sure it'll be downstairs :rolleyes:

Just got email back from tech guy . The machine has 2 V15 connectors . 🤦 one above and one below . I’m going to change the one I have issues with then see what’s what from there. He reckons that it won’t effect my jacks though 🤔

Quick update on next stage at my plot . We had a few days fairly decent forecast so decided to get the floor screed done . First we put 100mm kingspan down then done the underfloor heating , ready for concrete Monday am 🤞

watch that Kingspan doesn't catch fire :oops::unsure:
I noticed that celotex came in for some stick in the grenfell review. I don’t know was it TP10 extruded foam boards that was used but in this instance I’m happy with 70mm concrete on top of it . I do have 40mm of it specced behind plasterboard though that I will look into for sure before I commit.
I do have emergency services on site though . You must of missed grandsons fire engine by the caravan !

And still trying to work out if that's a toy dumper or a real one- the scales throw it out of whack!
