Lol. Yeah, it was one of those changes that no one ever noticed.Hang on.............can you show some facts for this one?
EDIT. Just googled it. School day!
Musso stands in a category of its own, one of the previous shapes was very ugly but unlike all the other pickups they are unibody and have the highest combined payload of all other standard pickups with just under 7t gtw from the factoryHad a lift in a Musso today - it was nice tbh!
Absolutely perfect truck on paper. If only it wasn’t a ranger

Probably has an eye watering price tag too. It's absolutely useless to people who could use it unless you have c1 and e, yard, operators license, tacho etc. even then there's probably better options about although it's kind of in its own category with the towing weight as even the iveco 4x4 can only tow 3.5t but would imagine 4.5t trailers being very expensive as cant run on overrun brakes so probably air or electronic, I know the 4.5t gooseneck ones are at least 22k for plant trailerAbsolutely perfect truck on paper.
Fat lot of use in UK !
Are you running a commercial or car? How do you find it for moving fuel about, what I like about the pickups is fuel is in the tub and separate from the cab areaLove my D4![]()
Anyone who needs that sort of vehicle would probably be using the iveco 4x4 or mogUseless full stop....
4.5t towing is practically pointless.
and it's overweight to use as anything but a 4x4 lorry.... Perhaps the odd arb user?
Mines a car version to avoid caz. Fuel...well the barrel is lobbed in the passenger footwell...that's regardless of if its the disco, the pickup or the truck. Are you running a commercial or car? In the UK with our pathetic regs...Useless full stop....

Definitely. In the UK with our pathetic regs...
In normal countries 4.5t is probably pretty sensible with the right trailer. Tow a 3t machine with grab/buckets etc and a sensible margin rather than running with a fag packet to spare.
Alas indeed....Definitely.
But alas we are in the UK.

if only you could tow 4.5t on UK roadsIf only it wasn’t a ranger
Presumably you would need c1+e ? So not even grandfather rightsView attachment 82139
If you read into it further its got a 2ton payload and is into hgv classification so been able to tow 4.5t is irrelevant. As most who like that idea don't even have a c1 licence or even like the thought of an o licence and been legit.
