We have about 5 of them. Statistically getting closer to a failure rather than further 😳

It's not a pickup, but my 2015 shogun hasn't missed a beat over 35k miles since I bought it. Has 3.6T towing (gtw is around 6.5t iirc). I have started using it tow the full 3.5t and it's managing OK. 4 wheel drive is good, has fulltime 4x4 in hi ratio and the traction control isn't bad (it senses when the wheel spin and engages break on that wheel). Nice to drive, basic, but has everything you need and would expect on a vaguely modern vehicle. The best thing about it though is it was 6.5k + VAT with 130k on the clock.

Thought for this evening 🤔
If starmer changed the towing laws, would you let him stay🤔🤣
If they gave the C1 category back to post 1997 licenses as well then I would actually campaign for the bugger!

If you've b+e before January 2013 then you can tow over 3.5t so long as the vehicle is rated for it.

It's only after January 2013 where the upper limit of 3.5t applies
