Guy on site today with commercial defender and rear seat conversion. Back windows dont go down didn't want to fork out more for that. Looked tidy enough in the back. Asked him if told his insurance and he said no. Braver man than me!

Yeah sod that! I’m all for being tight, but not with my families safety - because let’s face it that’s what you’re playing with! When/if that’s in a crash they won’t pay a penny out!

Discovery's don't appear to be on there.
And for those purely looking to move 3.5t. it looks to be getting more economical to either run an iveco daily or go to a proper lorry.

I wish they made a MWB transit that would tow 3500 and have a clutch/box to suit.

Even Hilux 2.8D is on there!? My yard landlord has just ordered one so pretty surprised he'd go for that. Is it just when you buy them new not if you buy one say 2 years old?

Not sure if it's just newspapers spreading rubbish or some just someone clueless, I less it's changed all pickups are commercials in regards to ved so shouldn't be any luxury payment also one I seen says EV over 40k but has been raised to 50k

They do do the vans even swb as twin rear wheel if you just want on road traction.
Slightly easier cost to swallow than the 4x4 version

RWD on duals would be more than sufficient if it was auto box. Might start keeping an eye out for one

4x4 can legally tow 3t and no uprating available. The next step up is the iveco "mini mog" but deep pockets needed plus all the 3.5t+ requirements
