Probably make it like a perforated ticket book and always leave the corner torn offWonder if a couple of old diamond blades would work

My guess would be that if one hit a stone it would buckle with the downward force from the machine arm on it.Wonder if a couple of old diamond blades would work
The bucket will need to be level or curled in slightly to stop it falling off, yeah maybe I could leave them squareGreat idea . No need for wheels just have a pair of cutting edges instead. Not sure what you mean by how you angle the cutting edge?
I thought they’d be horizontal and square and if you wanted the rear digging in further and the front up so you can see it from the cab to steer it along you could just angle the bucket ?
Also it might need some plate between the cutting edges to give it a flat bottom otherwise the box section would catch on the turf. The bucket will need to be level or curled in slightly to stop it falling off, yeah maybe I could leave them square

also the length needs to be considered. The longer it is the easier it will be to keep straight but if you wanted to do a curve it would be better shorter .
How do you intend to hang the cutting edges ?Not sure what you mean?
Bolted to the channelHow do you intend to hang the cutting edges ?
So hollow in between ?Bolted to the channel
Yes the angle will bolt to the channel and hang down.So hollow in between ?
So you use the angle as the cutting edge. I thought you were attaching a cutting edge to the angle . I suppose it still does the same job and it’s only topsoil it’s cutting through so it’s easier to make and would be fineYes the angle will bolt to the channel and hang down.
If you have any ideas feel free to share
I think cutting edges are worth a try , the ends of the farmers ploughs don’t seem to get to clogged up . I appreciate they are curved thoughProbably find soil and turf will stuck up on cutting edges like the sides of a bucket and drag huge grooves rather than neat lines cutting wheels negates that issue if your looking for clean cuts for replacement of turf

If it doesn't work I could maybe try running an axle between the cutting brackets so not a total waste of timePloughs for grassland use disc Coulter's for this reason. For arable land fixed Coulter's are used. Coulter's put a slit in the topsoil so that the mouldboard turns a fixed amount of soil
