I was earning £1.50 an hour stripping tractors for export in summer holidays in 94 .. age 14.

So i don't know if this is the right spot to advertise these, however i have to say that i am proud to have made something like this. Quick run-down, these have a capacity of 6m3 and weigh in at 720ish kg. On this type of container the floor is 5 - 6mm thick depending on customer requirements, tho it can be thicker if required, sides are 3 - 4mm. Proven lifespan of a single unit is 3 - 5 years of everyday use. So what do you think, is there a market in the UK for these?

would be very much subject to price @Marko ? look well made - bottom ribbing might cause issues when emptying though ... most I've seen 'round here have flat bottoms ?

Right now they are around 2000e, tho as said price depends on the amount ordered, however i'm working on streamlining the production process to speed up production. I'm also looking at buying a robotic welding plant to reduce the price further, tho it won't be a lot cheaper. The bottom ribbing is there to make moving them around with a forklift/telehandler easier and adding a sort of guard to prevent the skip from sliping off the side of the forks while also reducing the risk of puncturing the sides and generally reinforcing the sides. As for the emptying, it does not clip anything while unloading, tried and tested.
