Apparently carries 570 million litres per day, just imagine how much power they could make if they put a hydro turbine in it.

Hmmm, depends on the head, if you take the energy out then it might not provide sufficient head pressure for downstream outlets

So in a moment of madness I found myself going through a McDonald's drive through today. This is how my "burger" came in it's box. I realised they had forgotten to put the actual burger bit in so just chucked it into the bag separately as an afterthought. The burger box was closed so no way it could have just fallen out. Not sure if anyone recalled that's scene from Falling Down but this certainly didn't look like the picture!
