Having seen a few sites around Europe i came to a few conclusions. Common sense I think plays a huge roll in it! and possibly a No claim culture! One guy told me that if a guy trips on a site he jumps up straight away before someone sees it.... not sit there hoping for a claim.

and that is completely the fault of the scumbag legals (ambulance chasers the yanks call them) with their " where there's blame there's a claim " culture and their ' no win no fee ' carrots to encourage it ... should be struck off for touting the way they do

fascinating ... also called granny beetles round here to .... we're inundated with them, but always leave them alone as amongst other things they make short work of rotting wood of any type ... pretty sure they've remained fairly unchanged in millennia too ... occasionally see the odd 'silver fish' late at night too ... they've been around for 400 million years
