everyone seems to be missing the point that the max GVW or mass, for any trailer on over run brakes is 3500kg or 3.5t ... end of, whether the load is carried purely on the running wheels or 'shared', through the tow coupling, the drawn load is in excess of that permitted by law and all of that drawn load is rearward of the trailer's coupling making it illegal to tow ... similarly the driver is only licensed to tow 3500kgsIsn’t there something about an applied load? As in if your truck is rated to have 250kg nose weight you could have 3750kg behind you- assuming you got load distribution spot on….
