I want single, or minimal, zones. Keep it simple stupid principle. Realistically not going to get massive temp difference in rooms in modest well insulated new build
My setup is 1 zone, but needed a 4 branch manifold as limited by individual pipe-run length. You can still tweak the flow to the individual branches if required (so can have cooler runs if you wish) but they all turn on and off together.

Depending on how much you use the dumper while onsite could you mount the pan or mixing bucket on the dumper and use the hydraulics to run it?
yeah ive seen those dumper mixer setups and they look good but its another trip though, throughout summer we are like a traveling circus putting waste water treatment in, we can at pesent with the 6t digger and attachments one load and dumper / pipe rack on another trip get from one installation to another in 2 moves, works well like this so dont want to get into more running around if avoidable.
