Flippin Devon! Near enough pulled the tyre off the trailer trying to get the fecker around a switchback in the road how the hell it still held air like that I don't know! Then the bridge on the way home took 3 shuffles to get it to come round. This is why I can't have a trailer longer than 12ft. Would prefer a Landy 90 and a 10ft trailer tbh!

Its amazing the side pressures they will take. I remember my LM126 in a similar state. How long is the new trailer that you wont talk about?

Yeah amazingly tough tyres really. 12ft the new trailer is. Anyone who says go 14ft needs to spend a week trying to move plant around in deepest Dartmoor! In fairness the Navara isn't helping either too bloody long but the 360deg camera is very helpful at least you can see the near side up against the bridge wall

Whilst we’re talking tyres- anyone ever seen one go like this? Concave in the middle 🫣 The photos really don’t do it justice, it’s a savage dip.

It’s not flat, it’s got 40psi in it! The car had been shaking a bit over 50 but I just assumed it had dropped a balance weight. Needless to say, it’s parked up and a new pair of tyres on order.

Next time your down give me a ring and I'll give you a tour of the worst bridges of Dartmoor- it's a favourite topic of mine😂😩
We have a MK7 Transit camper van (not a motorhome) which isn't really very wide compared to modern large vans, and we nearly got caught out round the back of Lustleigh one summer. I really did think it was going to be a case of having to climb out the sunroof and make a phone call of shame. I am very used to putting big things in small spaces, but that day I nearly bit off more than I could chew. It was bank holiday village show day as well :-( @Storrsy I could give you a tour of 'interesting lanes' up round our way. Get up towards Hartland and there are some very fun little spots.

As we finished early today I got a head start on tomorrows job- digger and knocker dropped off and the fence pulled out.

Then a bit of sawmilling. Nice straight logs, making 300x150 sleepers. Nice when you take the edges off with a template and then your middle line ends up right in the centre.
