What winds me up though is the amount of surveys and crap I have to go through on a small single dwelling site for ecology/ biodiversity etc.. and to put back more than I take out anyway! and yet sites like that just rip straight through the lot! Madness

There are a lot of constraints on here to be fair, and I hate to think what has been spent on ecology!!!

A couple of vids from the site I’m clearing - the second one really shows the Albach chipper’s size and capability (that’s a 20 foot 30inch diameter oak log that my 15 tonner wasn’t particularly happy lifting and carrying!).

That's a beast!! But what a waste! Id have loved that oak after any decent big BUTTS ...JON.

Council resurfaced road across from site, let them park kit up when they’d done.. in return the pavers hopper got emptied on the site entrance .. if anything it just tidies everything up

Been on car parks all week. The first photo is a train wreck of a car park! Sank up to the tops of your wellies in places- that took some stone to build up the levels again.

The second one was today's job- whole lot wants ripping up and starting again as it's a patch work of damaged tarmac and stone but budget is limited for now so just dug out the holes, put in some larger slate crusher and then blinded with the original 803/tarmac chippings.
