How are you finding it after a year,I’m still planning on changing the Cat for one when my lorry purchase is finally sorted. Some minor erosion/path repairs with the Wacker the last few days. Raking up the hours on it now- done more in the last few weeks than I have all year- will have had it a year by the end of the month.
I really like it. Strong, smooth and quick, well built. The issues I think need improving are all in the cab department- better seat, a side opening window and because of the 2 door arrangement there is no ducting to demist the front window so means having to either have the door open a crack or have the windshield in the first position which is ok but a bit rattly. Id guess they have been doing these machines now since 2013 so perhaps an upgrade is due but hope they don't mess around with the rest of the machine too much as it's a belter. How are you finding it after a year,I’m still planning on changing the Cat for one when my lorry purchase is finally sorted.
That'd be a real candidate for embedded wires in the glassthere is no ducting to demist the front window
Heated windscreen- absolutely why haven't they done that already! That'd be a real candidate for embedded wires in the glass
Until then, a small electric heater might help

It’s a option on the 3cx… but problem with minis is the front window is the first one to get smashed… and they won’t be £200 to replace if they are heated!Heated windscreen- absolutely why haven't they done that already!

My 3cx came with cracks top to bottom (and a lot more at the bottom where you don't notice them). It’s a option on the 3cx… but problem with minis is the front window is the first one to get smashed… and they won’t be £200 to replace if they are heated!

Good to hear, it’s why I’m keen to change mine(2014) before they stop making them as the Cat has been a brilliant machine.I really like it. Strong, smooth and quick, well built.
