It’s about time, given the effort that goes into it all. Many years ago I tried to make money doing hay, it was £2/2.50 a bale then. I would have been 20ish- so 17 years ago!
Yeah, I used to make a couple of hundred bales a year for my own use - it is never as enjoyable an experience as you remember when you are actually doing it!

I flogged the baler etc last year and just buy in as and when I need it now, life’s too short to be fannying around at that game.
