Dont think most farms have paddles... they just drop a stirrer in when its needed.
would've thought it'd need fairly constant stirring to keep it as a slurry, rather than the particulates dropping out and settling - once settled it'd take some re-agitating from only one location :rolleyes:
Replaced one with Russ a while back

is the clam shell on an extender arm on your duck?
It’s a 3cx dipper stuck on my tracked hitachi 💪

As for a stirrer it has a propeller fitted to the side of the tank on an angle to get things moving but it’s the water that goes to the bottom with a lovely thick crust on top

Fitted this tank back on to the old peirs years ago. Ground has dropped away so tank out , new concrete pad and tank back in again. Very snug. Just enough room for trailer to get to it. One of the levers sticking …. Getting it looked at today.
