I know - great isn't it ... but we've just had a bloody good downpour for pushing 3 hrs and tomorrow looks shite ---- rest of the week is glorious - hopefully the forecast'll change overnight -- Pam's ecstatic - save watering the garden again tomorrowAre you on a different planet? I actually don't think I've ever seen the ground so dry here this early in the year at least in 15 years anyway .
They saying 60% chance of a bit of a storm tomorrow afternoon. That's all. After that it's full sun and dry as long as the forecast runs. We need a good night of rain to be fair. Wash all this slurry in it's beginning to stink

-- lashed it down here Gavin but agree - the ground is incredibly dry and the tish spreading is stinking the place out

I wondered why id been enjoying work lately compared to the last few years... had my answer today, got nicely set up and going before a pissdown that threatened to flood the job, had early lunch and it dried up enough to continue, so we nicely got going again and it pissed it down again and turned it into a swamp !
