Stihl saw and a shovel!

That was the only bit I could sit on the edge for. The rest I had to sit on the path for so you’d need a tilt bucket at a minimum.

11.6m down the side and 11m across the back but zig zagged due to neighbours protests so 76m2. Bigger than the foot print of my previous house and bigger than my entire apartment I lived in in Munich for a few years lol

Yep, they not far off done that's the last bit before the compound and the new stone driveway I'm getting
TBF looks worse than it is they've just laid drain.
So dry though heavenly weather

Lovely Sunday morning tidy up. Old apple trees from orchard to burn up. Grab bucket preforming. Tidied spoil heap up as well.
Will need to come back to the trees with chainsaw. Need to buy some new chainsaw boots first really .

Poured this yesterday in the hope it will save a cpl of hours on site by not having to shutter etc, waste plant Compressor sits on there so most of it unseen

Tractor looking good there. Should’nt worry about the boots, been using chainsaws casually since I was a kid with no more protection than common sense and an aversion to bleeding to death alone in a field.Still got both feet

Some might argue that why the hell are you cutting that close to your feet in the first place! I'm the same never wear chainsaw boots- trousers yes although generally don't bother if just odds and sods with an electric saw but proper saw work id put a pair on

I had a brief foray into ARB as a career and did the full weeks training for felling and crosscut (back in 99!). The safety side of it has stayed drummed into me .

I don’t bother with the cordless saw but if I’m dancing around in a hedge with my 254xp then I want some protection.

I've a 254xp, it runs great for 20mins then locks up solid. I'm not a chainsaw person so it's left forgotten in the shed. I could get it out tomorrow and itd start and run well for 20 mins, Dare say it's fuked..
