Tractor looking good there. Should’nt worry about the boots, been using chainsaws casually since I was a kid with no more protection than common sense and an aversion to bleeding to death alone in a field.Still got both feetLovely Sunday morning tidy up. Old apple trees from orchard to burn up. Grab bucket preforming. Tidied spoil heap up as well.
Will need to come back to the trees with chainsaw. Need to buy some new chainsaw boots first really .
Some might argue that why the hell are you cutting that close to your feet in the first place! I'm the same never wear chainsaw boots- trousers yes although generally don't bother if just odds and sods with an electric saw but proper saw work id put a pair onTractor looking good there. 254xp. Legend!I don’t bother with the cordless saw but if I’m dancing around in a hedge with my 254xp then I want some protection.
I've a 254xp, it runs great for 20mins then locks up solid. I'm not a chainsaw person so it's left forgotten in the shed. I could get it out tomorrow and itd start and run well for 20 mins, Dare say it's fuked..254xp. Legend!
