do it as well as you can,but learn to do it better
It will be 2m from boundary and 2.5 eaves 4m ridge. Apparently the rules for doing it und PD are it has to be within 20m of your house and not take up more than 50% of garden. Madness! We are AONB and SSI aswell! Obviously taking advantage of large garden. Yeh very easy dig here sandy/ballasty under the topsoil.
PD seems a bit different here AFAIR ? .... 3 m from boundary (which can be a PITA) and 30m2 in any one unit - has to be behind exiting building's line - 2 or more units can't be joined to form a combined unit  ... must have a gap but can have multiples up to 60%(?) of total plot ...... but it is Wales FFS :mad:

edit ....... oh and no toilet

Might be best result, house looks lovely as is :)
Yeh is nice v happy with it just needs updating and future planning for nippers we wanted to try and get more space. We have had PD aproved for a single story 4 x 5 of the back and are in atm for a change of materials on the conservatory to make it a proper room. Biggest pain for me is doors, im 6ft 4 and have to duck to get through them . Will be sorting when we get going on the house.

Steel toed barefoot boots. Birkenstock something or other.
Are they a wide toe box?

daft thing here is, if you have a ag holding of sufficient size you can throw up a 1000m2 shed every 10 years and subject to certain conditions can do it without full planning, just a 28day notice. Then in 10 years it’s just a small paperwork exercise to convert to class q and have upto 5 barn conversions.
If you are clever/fortunate enough to have multiple holdings and interests then you can do it more frequently. Back door planning loophole that many round here seem to be cottoning onto and I hope to exploit it myself in just under 10 years.

We're the other side of that :( bloody great big place and everyone has left ..just me and the mrs rattling about in it, most of the time in two rooms.

An E10 or the Case 1.2 would be lovely from an operating point of view but this is why the SV08 is unlikely to ever leave 👌👌
Roll bar off tightness apparently

680 is the number in my head, think that may be with the roll bar off as the bolts that hold it on are the widest part normally.
I've been on jobs where I've had the bolt heads touching both sides of the door frame/alleyway 😆

E10z is 710mm wide.. bit longer in the body I would think so more limiting on narrow corners
