Nope- pure dogshit unfortunately. The digging power and grading is fine but tracking it robs all the power/flow and nothing to show for it. Couldn't believe how bad it was and would not want to be stuck at the bottom of a steep slippery slope with one😂
I thought the early ones were crap, but was of the understanding that the ‘Mk2’ is a good machine? But I don’t have first hand experience of either.

That’s a shame. The 302.7 was like that too. Five minutes on it and I knew it was no good for me.

I had a ruined tb260 on hire a while ago, tracking was great on it, but it was a very uncomfortable & hard ride! My 57c is average on tracking I’d say, but I only ever really run it in G3(eco) mode(3/5 of the available modes) I only ever use full power when it’s really hard going or for faster cycle times.

You might be right about hp @doobin depends how early it is.
Is it not a matter of hydraulic efficiency / flow etc as opposed to outright hp though ? I'm prob wrong but never considered outright hp as the important factor...but maybe if your asking it to lift and slew and crawl up a hill it is 🤷‍♂️

My ET65 book says 49hp but never seems short of grunt - I run it at about 1600rpm 95% of the time - but its much lighter work than yours as a rule, looks like model year 20 and on gets 61hp so maybe they thought it needed more.

Interestingly though Max Torque on 49hp model says 190nm @ 1700rpm and 61hp model 192nm @ 1800rpm.

You can’t trust sites like that. One of them tries to claim it was 25hp! All they are after is clicks and ad revenue.

I found an online brochure/spec sheet.

Greasing her up this morning. Borrowed the chainsaw holder off the e19 and found a couple of u bolts that looked about right- result!

Apart from the faded paint and the perishing hose coverings (not the hoses themselves just a secondary sleeve) she really is like brand new on everything except the bucket bushes that need redoing and the dipper needs some shims.

Serviced the Multione today. 1000 hours, that’s only around 270 hours a year which I was surprised at.

Then cut a bit of timber for a FB order. Little e27 feels like a toy after a week on the 86c- it picked up and lifted an impressive lump of oak though.

Back down to Falmouth to make a modification on this unit I took down a couple of weeks ago. Took the freelander just because I wanted to 😆 left at 4am, back at 7.30pm.
Petrol station advertising Milwaukees available in the shop next door, I'd definitely have been browsing if I was on my own 😆 🤣
Forgot to take pictures of the bloody job 🙃

Stump removed and levelled ground ready for foundations of garden room. This is situations when planers make no sense to me. Wouldnt let us have a 2 story extension on house, but a 112m2 pitched roof garden room no problem! Saw some kit parked up in woods near me aswell, they’ve been in there for weeks felling a fair bit and not particularly tidy about it either but i guess there’s only so much you can do.

and that close to a boundary?
Insanity ... would not get it past our PA ... IIRC 30m2 under PD - 2.5m eaves - 4m ridge or have you had to go full planning to get that size - damned near another house :unsure:o_O
lovely looking soil

It will be 2m from boundary and 2.5 eaves 4m ridge. Apparently the rules for doing it und PD are it has to be within 20m of your house and not take up more than 50% of garden. Madness! We are AONB and SSI aswell! Obviously taking advantage of large garden. Yeh very easy dig here sandy/ballasty under the topsoil.
