do you not have to be 3m from boundaries Giles? ..
and max 2.5m on mono pitch - 4m on dual pitch ..
pretty sure that's the PD round here with a max 30m2 footprint per unit, with no interconnecting structures .....
oh and no toilet either.
unless it's changed in the last couple of years
interesting use of shuttering for the panels
Our consultants have just got us through a ridiculously big extension under PD, full on abuse of the system! 🤗

I’ve gone gypo. ‘As I’m in the neighbourhood…’

Bloke down the road- “how much to remove dwarf wall Inc footings so I can fence?”

£850 mate.

Done. When can you do it?

Now.

Two £100 grabs of clean hardcore away this pm if all goes well.

Stop picking on me. I’m in the big boys club now 😝

Got back at half two after doing a rough scrape with the multione ready to dig properly to levels tomorrow.

Steelwrist pallet was here. I was going to hold off doing the e19 but when I ordered the scandi e27 grading bucket and trencher from steelwrist (aiden is doing the hitch) they said they had an e19 hitch in stock. As we have a fair run of work for her coming up, I went for it.

It’s very well made. Super low build hight, came with a nice lifting eye. Expander pins are a very nice touch.

Hoses are a mess but not as bad as they could be! I’ll work it like this and get it fitted onto the e27 too before sorting the hoses properly. These were the original owners hoses and my original hitch hoses.

Should post that photo on the engcon facebook page for a bit of fun 😉 🙂

Looking forward to seeing what you reckon and how well the digger share concept pans out 👍
